LizAnn recently served at the SEC as Deputy Director, Disclosure Operations, for the Division of Corporation Finance where she led a team of ~350 people to fulfill the SEC's mission of investor protection and capital formation. This included assessing emerging risks & helping companies fulfill the disclosure mandates on which investor confidence depends as well as overseeing division-wide risk oversight and innovation. Prior to her tenure at the SEC, LizAnn worked for 20+ years and was a Partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where she focused on domestic and international corporate finance transactions, acquisition financing, corporate governance & reporting matters, and liability management transactions. Philip joined the firm in 1978 and became a partner in 1984. He retired from Cravath’s Corporate Department in December 2017.
